After registering, you can use Jambo5 with all its benefits in our FREE plan.
What happens when my trial ends?
Once your trial ends, your account will be downgraded to our Free plan. If you’re wondering how much time you have left on your trial, there’s a handy indicator in the left-hand navigation bar.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept the following payment methods: Depending on your location all major credit cards, PayPal and SEPA Direct Debit. We accept invoices for Enterprise orders. For more information please contact sales@jambo5.com.
How is Jambo5 protecting my data?
We have taken great precautions to ensure that your data is visible only to the people who should see it. Our data is hosted by Microsoft Azure in Germany and EU, a secure cloud services platform. Each Jambo5 user gets access only to the data that is relevant to them.
Where does Jambo5 store my personal data?
The data you provide for the use of Jambo5 is stored by us in encrypted form on our servers located in Germany and EU. You can find more information about the data we store in our privacy policy.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Your Jambo5 subscription can be cancelled up to 1h before the end of the current billing period, giving you maximum flexibility.
Can I pay Jambo5 monthly?
Yes, you can pay monthly for your account. Optionally, you can also take out an annual subscription and receive a discount.
Does Jambo5 offer a white label solution for my company?
